2) The girls were 18-30 and looking for M/F Couples (young kinky lasses I chose when creating the banner.
3) I could have - but didn't in this case - applied my own CSS.
4) When you clicked the banner you landed on the search results page. I could have set it up so you ended up on any of several pages.

And finally - the payouts. They have several programs you can chose from - but all of them make you money. If your conversions are VERY high then you can select a pay-per-click program that pays as much as $1.00 per unique hit. More realistically you can chose a program that pays out $0.10 per Free Sign-up. So far I've been converting at about 1 sign-up per 23 unique visitors.
